In the Family’s fictional origin, one meeting with Andrew Tate in Romania puts four Dons in charge. The minutes are still missing a page.

The people behind the crest
Mob Familia is a Discord crew that built a private-club story around its own friends. Four Dons run the council. Six divisions do the work. Every decision, from the first appointment to the disputed espresso receipt, ends up somewhere in the archive.
Start with the night the four Dons got their seats. Once you know who was in the room, the rest of the files read differently.

In the Family’s parody, Andrew Tate takes a seat at a table in Romania and picks four friends to run a council. The four leave the meeting with a job each and a question they’ll spend the rest of the story answering. What does it take to keep the same people coming back to that table?
The Dons split the work into six divisions and started filing their decisions in THE WAR ROOM PVT. The minutes of that first night are still missing a page. The receipt, naturally, is immaculate.

Open the field manual and pick a job you’d actually enjoy. A ten-minute assignment tells you more about a division than its title ever will.

The Dons’ interview files
One Don interviews three fictional recruits about their first assignments. Each starts small, with a three-dollar discrepancy, a misdated memo, or a seating dispute that derails an entire meeting.
Your first assignment
A good Strategy brief ends with two options and a recommendation. A good Intelligence note can change the recommendation in a single line. Start where your instinct takes you, then put something on the page the next person can use.
Read one dossier and see which job you’d take on. Each comes with a small assignment you can try right here.

Some people think three moves ahead. Others find the line everyone missed, keep the night on schedule, or know exactly how to bring two sides together. Open a dossier to see how that instinct plays out in the story.
Strategy proposes it. Intelligence checks what it rests on. Diplomacy gets people talking, Logistics makes it happen, and Media records how it went. The Inner Table keeps the final decision on file.

The Romania meeting gave the Family its four Dons. The War Room is where they started keeping records. Open the sample board to see what the council voted on, who took the next assignment, and where the paper trail goes cold.
File 001 still has its coffee receipt. Three espressos, four Dons, and nobody willing to explain the math.

A question about File 001 is enough. So is a better ending for one of the interviews. Tell the crew what got your attention and give someone a reason to pick up the conversation.

How to join, where to start, and which parts of the portal belong to the story.
Select Join the Family anywhere on the portal. It opens the Mob Familia Discord invite in the app or your browser. Sign in if prompted, then accept the invite.
Once you’re in, read the welcome information and follow any steps the server displays. If you’re ready to introduce yourself, share what brought you in and which part of the portal caught your eye.
Mob Familia is a Discord community with an original private-club parody built around it. The portal tells the story of four Dons, six divisions, and a council that takes its paperwork a little too seriously.
The Discord invite leads to the community. The 38,617-member roster, interviews, ranks, and perks shown here are fictional. The people in the member photos serve as the visual cast for the story.
Watch the short briefing, then read one division dossier. Pick the job that sounds interesting. Try Strategy if you like making a case, Intelligence if you like checking details, or Media if you’d rather shape a story.
Each dossier has a short fictional assignment. You can try it for fun, skip it, or use it as a conversation starter when you introduce yourself on Discord.
The portal sends you straight to Discord. You can open the invite without completing an application here, picking a division, or earning a fictional rank.
Discord handles account requirements and any server-specific onboarding. If the server shows a rules screen or verification step, follow the directions there.
The War Room is the council’s private noticeboard in the story. The sample on this site includes the minutes, the rank ladder, and a short entry for the Romania file. You can open it from the War Room section.
The sample is part of the site experience. If you want to know which rooms are available to you in the actual Discord, check the server’s channel list and welcome information after joining.
Strategy writes the plan. Intelligence checks the record. Media turns it into a story. Logistics makes sure the right people have the right things at the right time. Diplomacy gets the divisions talking. The Inner Table records what the council decides.
Open any division card for its full remit and a sample assignment. You can read all six and change your mind about which one suits you.
The fictional ladder runs from Associate to Soldato, Capo, Consigliere, Underboss, and Don. It gives the story a chain of responsibility, from helping with a first assignment to coordinating divisions and making council decisions.
The four Dons are the council at the head of the table. Discord roles and channel access are managed in the server itself.
They’re scripted scenes. Each pairs a Don with an invented recruit and gives that character a small story, such as Elias taking over the espresso ledger or Rei finding a discrepancy in the archive.
The quotes belong to the characters. The portraits are produced for the site, and the fictional students are played by generated characters.
You can browse the portal, play the briefings, and open the sample dossiers and War Room board for free. The join buttons take you to a Discord invite without a checkout on this site.
If you want to confirm what a specific channel or role includes, use the information posted in the Discord itself.
Copy discord.gg/MobFamily into your browser. You can also open Discord, choose the option to join a server, and paste the invite there.
If Discord explicitly says the invite is invalid or expired, ask a Mob Familia member for the current link. If it says you’re already a member, look for the server in your Discord sidebar.
Andrew Tate appears as a fictionalized character in Mob Familia’s unofficial parody. In File 001, he picks the four Dons at a meeting in Romania. They go on to build six divisions and keep the council’s records in THE WAR ROOM PVT.
The surviving minutes list one missing page and three espressos. Start with the Romania File, then open the War Room preview for the council’s version.
